Puzzle & Roll is the easy way to store or carry unfinished puzzles and loose jigsaw pieces. Simply build the jigsaw on the specially designed puzzling felt and when you are ready to take a break or store it away for another day you simply roll the felt mat around the Puzzle & Roll tube and fasten with the straps provided. The special fabric keeps all the jigsaw pieces in place. The fastening straps then keep the puzzling mat securely in place around the tube for easy storage and transportation of the jigsaw. No more worrying about where to leave your unfinished jigsaw or if you might lose pieces when pushing it in a corner - Puzzle & Roll takes care of that. Designed to store and transport most standard puzzles from 500 to 1500 pieces (up to 90x60cm approximately), Puzzle & Roll will save you time and hassle when puzzling your favourite jigsaws. Puzzle & Roll can be used on a variety of surfaces, but try to choose surfaces that are smooth to make puzzling more enjoyable. Printed on the special fabric is a puzzling area where you can build your puzzle and use as a guideline when first assembling your edge pieces. When you are not using your Puzzle & Roll to store your puzzles you can easily dissemble the tube into three pieces - and store the felt mat inside one of the tubes - to reduce the amount of clutter in and around your house. Orders are usually dispatched the same day when placed before 1:00pm Mon-Fri, Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. If orders placed on Friday (after 1:00pm), Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Booghe offers Free UK standard shipping on every single item. Delivery should normally take 3-4 working days depending on the time you place your order. You will be given an estimated delivery date at the basket page.
UK Express Delivery:
Express delivery is available from only £2.95. We dispatch our express orders via different delivery options. The services available are Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 Days), Parcel force Express 24 (1-2 Days) or DHL (Next Day).

Orders valued under €22 won’t be subject to VAT or duties until July 1, 2021 as part of an agreed scheme between the UK and the EU – with this date set to be extended.
Orders worth over €22 but below €150 may be taxed at the border and may possibly incur a customs handling fee in the receiving country, these charges will vary from country to country.

Returns :
If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email OR Live chat OR Phone prior to sending your parcel back. Booghe.co.uk accepts returns on all orders, as long as you notify us within 30 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order. You then have a further 7 days to physically return the products. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights) If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you.
We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving the item back. If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this. If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense).
